Mr. P. B. Chakrabarty

Mr. P. B. Chakrabarty is the Designated Partner and Co-Founder of Assorted Mining Solutions LLP (AMS), bringing over 38 years of extensive experience in both underground and opencast mining operations. He is a mining graduate from Indian School of Mines (ISM) Dhanbad, one of India’s premier institutions in mining education.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Chakrabarty has held several senior leadership positions. He was one of the youngest General Managers in Coal India Limited and has also served as Project Director at Joy Mining Services. Additionally, he has held the position of CEO at Shyam Mineral & Resources.
Mr. Chakrabarty possesses deep expertise in mine fire control, Continuous Miner (CM) planning, drifting operations, R&D initiatives, and opencast mining. His vast technical knowledge, leadership experience, and strategic insight play a vital role in guiding AMS towards operational excellence and sustainable growth.
