These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including Mining Operations, Digital Mining Engineering, and Underground Space Technology solutions. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of  Terms
By engaging with Assorted Mining Solutions LLP (AMS), whether through our digital platforms or formal service agreements, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a corporation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Scope of Services
AMS provides specialized services in the mining sector, including but not limited to:

Mining Operations & Site Services.

Digital Mining Engineering & AI/ML Solutions.

Underground Space Technology & Infrastructure Design.

Equipment Sales and Lifecycle Management.

Specific project deliverables, timelines, and costs will be governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Purchase Orders (POs), which shall incorporate these Terms by reference.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, technical drawings, software code (including AI/ML models), trademarks, and proprietary methodologies provided by AMS remain the exclusive intellectual property of Assorted Mining Solutions LLP.

License: Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use deliverables solely for their intended internal business purposes.

Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or reproduce our digital engineering solutions without express written consent.

4. User Obligations & Safety Accuracy:

You agree to provide accurate geological and operational data required for our digital modeling and engineering services.

Compliance: You must ensure that all use of AMS technology and equipment on-site complies with local mining safety regulations and environmental laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assorted Mining Solutions LLP shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of production or profit).

Inaccuracies in AI-driven predictive modeling resulting from faulty initial data provided by the client.

Operational delays caused by geological unpredictability or force majeure events.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all “Trade Secrets,” including mine plans, digital twins, and financial arrangements, during and after the term of the engagement.

7. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in a specific contract:

Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance.

Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

AMS reserves the right to suspend digital service access (SaaS/AI platforms) in the event of non-payment.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with [30/60] days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
